Come by 12:30-14:00 with the kids for some interAction, play and moving fun ⭐️ Experience is not necessary ⭐️ we have a Turnhalle full of hoops (as well as other movement toys) for both adults and kids to try out ⭕ ...you just need to bring your hips and be ready to hoop-it hoop-it and have some fun 🙂

It's time again for some Winter indoor Family Hoopla .oO° Starting this Sunday 16.11. and on weekly until April, we're opening up our big bright training space after the morning classes for another season of Hoop Fun for Families 💫

The idea is to offer a space for families to come and play, move & groove, work up a sweat (and get some ja-ja’s out :) on a Sunday afternoon - sort of like an indoor playground ...with hula hoops, funky tunes and a 'HoopDisco vibe' .oO°

* We provide all the hoops both for adults & kids to use.
* Experience is not required - everyone is welcome (!!) You do not need to already know how to hula hoop, we're there to help people get started if needed ⭕🙂

• Location - Lychenertstr 10437 - Sport Jugend Zentrum Lychi

• Time - Sundays 12:30-14:00 (you can come anytime, the doors are open).

• Cost - 1 Parent & 1 child €15 - extra persons €5 each (parent / child / friends - your friends or your child's 😉

The Sunday Family Funday Hoopla 'HoopDisco' will be on again this weekend Su.09.02. ...despite the school break 😉

Come for some interActive fun with the kids, have a play with our hoops, expend some energy and get some needed movement in (it's also a good chance for a bit of socializing with other parents 🙂 ⭕️ No experience is needed! We have hoops of all sizes available for everyone big & small to try on and use ...plus funky tunes to help induce the hip-movements .oO° ⭕️ If you've never tried a hoop before or don't think you can, don't worry, we are there to help everyone get started - and if you don't wish to participate you're welcome to watch from the sides.

Open to families with kids of all ages - you can also bring nephews / nieces / cousins / friends.
