An invitation to slow down & connect through touch. There is something very special and powerful about being touched with presence. Join me for a cosy afternoon to explore the poetry of touch.

II’ll share some of my favourite massage and bodywork techniques and how to truly listen with your hands. Together, we’ll explore the art of creating deep relaxation, mindful presence, and a beautiful sense of connection through touch.

No previous experience needed. Whether you’re simply curious about touch, love giving massages to friends and partners, or already work with the body as a yoga teacher, dancer, etc. — you’re warmly welcome.

Come alone or bring someone you’d like to share the experience with.

Not who I should be,
not who I was yesterday,
but who I am beneath the noise.

The earth holds me gently,
the wind brushes my skin,
and the sky stretches endlessly above.

A bee hums its ancient song,
flowers sway in a silent dance
and for a moment,
I belong entirely to this living world.

And so I walk,
one barefoot step at a time,
letting the meadow gather my scattered thoughts,
letting the wind cleansing my heart,
letting the wildness bring me home,
to myself.
