For as long as I can remember, I lived in a self-created prison of guilt.
And a deep-rooted belief of: „How can I live the life of my dreams when my loved ones have gone through hell and are still living in their grief?“
But me staying in pain doesn’t lessen theirs.
It only adds more pain to the world.
And I am here for the light in the dark.
And I am just beginning to shine. ✨

My friends are extending their overflowing love for me.
They always were.
But I wasn’t fully able to receive or internalize it.
Almost as if there was a barrier between their love and my ability to let it in—because deep down, it didn’t align with how I saw or felt about myself at the time.
But this has shifted.
Now, I feel it. I believe it. I appreciate it in a way I couldn’t before.
It’s still a weird feeling sometimes when they make „too big“ gifts or „too nice“ compliments. But now I am allowing it in. I am not questioning it anymore!

I am being asked to share more about my story.
So here are some parts of it for you, as it is a very special day today.
I cannot believe it is exactly five years ago that I took off for Oman to start traveling the world.
And I cannot believe that it’s been one year now that made that video for my graduation ceremony 🙈
One year certified now! 💪🤩🥰
Helping my clients shine again and pursue their dreams is what deeply and truly lights me up and brings tears of joy to my eyes.
I am grateful for each and everyone, who trusted me on their path as their coach.
In my mid-twenties I participated in a „what’s your professional vision in life“ workshop and I just knew „to inspire and empower“ and I hope I will be able to live up to that. More and more.

Just because you’re strong doesn’t mean you should tolerate mistreatment.

Being a good person is deeply ingrained in your DNA.
On a primal level, it meant belonging and surviving.
As a child, you were programmed to seek approval from outside of you—rewarded for polite, kind, smiling and punished for being too bossy, insensitive, confrontational or arrogant.
“Be a good girl.” Damn.
What happens when being “good” comes at the expense of being real? Being you?
Last week I heard a quote by Carl Jung: “I’d rather be whole than be good.”
Read it again!
“I’d rather be whole than be good.”
Wow!
When we focus on being “good,” we disconnect from parts of ourselves—our anger, our needs, our desires—because we fear they’re “bad.” But denying those parts doesn’t make them disappear. It only makes us feel incomplete, restless, and unseen, even by ourselves.
So many of my clients feel they are broken or something is wrong with them.
You are not broken!!! It’s the fu***ng lenses you are seeing yourself through that’s broken!!!!!
Choosing wholeness over goodness is liberating. It means embracing every part of you—the messy, the bold, the quiet, the fiery—and allowing yourself to be fully human.
Wholeness honors the truth of who you are, instead of asking you to PERFORM for acceptance, love, belonging. And when you live from a place of wholeness, you’ll find relationships, dreams, and joy that feel authentic and fulfilling! I promise!
Let this post be your reminder:
You don’t need to be perfect, pleasing, or small to be worthy of genuine connections, of your dreams, of love.
No, you don’t need to be “good” to be whole. Quite the opposite.

Never forget to play within the pain. 🌱
Life is a wild mix and sometimes it’s all at once. You’re grieving and growing. You’re angry and still full of love. You’re exhausted and hopeful.

In the rush of daily life, do you have moments that are truly yours?
When I was working in corporate sales, it was so easy to get caught up in meeting client’s needs while hustling the daily normal called life. I’d get to the weekend and ask myself, “What did I actually do this week? Like really?” The answer was often… not much next to work. Fun, joy, and little moments of peace had slipped away. Then, it was Monday again, and the cycle would start all over.
Weeks turned into months, and by the time vacation came, I was just trying to recover from all the times I didn’t take a moment for myself. I realized that waiting for “someday” wasn’t it.
❣️Take time every day to block out the noise and ask yourself, “What do I need?”!
❣️Reclaim small moments just for you!
🫶 It’s in those moments that you find meaning, purpose, and you begin to shine again. I promise!
