2026 IBJJF European Championship Lisbon!

Congratulations to Tom for winning bronze 🥉 at the euros after a great run and going against some tough opponents! Your hard work is paying off, keep it up and all of us are looking forward to having you back on the mats soon!

Winter Graduation at Cicero Costha Berlin!

Cicero Costha Berlin Winter Graduation!

We are looking forward to our next grading to see our students level up and take on new challenges!
The graduation will be followed by an open mat then our Christmas party at Ringside Gym! The Christmas party will begin at 17:00 so bring some nice food to share!

Congratulations to all of our students at Cicero Costha Berlin who completed over the weekend at Grappling Industries Berlin and brought us home the third place team trophy! With 9 gold 🥇, 9 silver 🥈, and 2 bronze 🥉 medals we had a very successful weekend. We are very happy with the progress you guys are making and we are already looking forward to the next event!

Weekend Seminar with Cicero Costha

This weekend we had the privilege of hosting a seminar with Professor Cicero Costha, who shared invaluable techniques and insights with our team. His knowledge and attention to detail continue to inspire and elevate our level on the mats.

It was also a special occasion as Professor Cicero and Elijaih promoted our coaches Jan to Black Belt and Marvin to Brown Belt. Both have trained with dedication and discipline for many years, consistently demonstrating excellence as coaches, training partners, and competitors. Congratulations on your achievement!

We are proud to see their hard work recognized and look forward to seeing their continued growth and contribution to the team.
