As long as I can remember I have been curious about my gifts, and curious about the gifts and talents of other people.
From a very young age I strongly believed that we came for a reason. We came to expand into our higher selves.

✨ Female Sexuality Circle ✨

I never shared with you before... that a few years ago I travelled for a year in an online woman circle. The circle was purely focused on sexuality, sensuality and intimacy with our selves, beloveds and lovers. The journey with dear sisters, showing up every week, changed my life 🙌

We moved through feelings of pleasure, shame, anger.
We practiced with breath, touch and movement.
We recorded our or***ms, and listened to each one of them. We cried, laughed and stretched ourselves.
We came closer to ourselves, each other and our loved ones.

✨🐍 The Serpent energy is calling me! 🐍✨

and THAT is my jam! 😍

She activates our playfulness, imagination and creativity.
She makes us glow, radiate and attract.
She makes us feel alive, connected and powerful.

✨Balance✨

My life here in Berlin is asking a new balance.
There is so much life flowing!
That I feel there is a new way needed, to make full use of my productivity, while enjoying the inspiration, and connections.
Also new relationships show me mirrors and patterns, that ask care, time and attention.

Creating Cosmic Potion and offering coaching feels aligned and grounded.
Yet, I haven’t gained the results that I had wished for in the past weeks.
Nevertheless, I am enjoying the process.
And I feel a lot of trust.

I got used to a lifestyle where I was alone a lot.
While being alone a lot, it is more easy for me to focus on my work.
Yet, now that I experience more natural life flow and more togetherness and interaction: I do not have the same desires as before.
Even though it is way more challenging for me to focus on my work, while being in connection with others. (The chameleon inside of me, takes over the environment).
I LOVE to play, flow and let life happen naturally! 😊 So.. a new balance.

Where do I flow with the stream that is offered? Where do I pause the stream, and step into another stream, that requires currently more wood on the fire to keep it going?

Suddenly my old way of ‘doing things’ is not so appealing anymore. A new way wishes to come through. A work environment where I am more co-working with others. Maybe a re-set of my daily routines and habits.
The seasons change, and simultaneously my bodies needs and rhythm as well 🍂🍁🍃

The power of choice! ✨The power, energy and joy I feel, when I listen to my body, intuition and first feeling 🙌 Opposite is what I feel when I go with the reasons of the mind: uncertainty, leak of energy. Plus it takes time to get back into my own stream🌀Everybody has there own authority in decision making. Honor yours! 🙌 Why would I (re)act on the mind’s reasons? 👉 Conditioning, wanting to be loved and enjoying life to it’s fullest✨ Yet, I have an incredible guidance system (like you!) for a reason ✨🙏✨ Honoring the subtle signals, brings me exactly where I wish to be 👉 in my radiance ✨🌈✨

Life is opening doors and possibilities for me ✨ that were closed/paused for a long time. And how I have missed it! 😃 I am thanking life for bringing these possibilities to me in the now! 🙌🙌🙌

Today I took part in a meet up of a new group, a new collective here in Berlin, where so much possibility for creation and collaboration is birthing from, and will birth more from!

To be part of such a group is truly wonderful. And to support a group process, to support facilitators is wonderful too. I love it! >>Designing the program, preparing the flow of the day. As well as taking care of the process, the needs, and energy >> It brings back the joy that I felt back in the days, when I was facilitating my own trainings in Holland 😍

Which reminded me of this photo of me, taken about 9/8 years ago. While I was facilitating a group of masterclass students through a process of connection and transformation.

After graduation of my bachelor (Creative Agogue/Social Worker), I started as a freelance Trainer with the name 'OntwikkelPrikkel' in the Netherlands. Next to that I worked with children (0-12), and I was building a 'Playground for grown ups' in an old fabric in Utrecht together with my best friend. Maybe I was also studying interior architecture at the art academy.. or I was finishing up the first and only year I did of that study. (I did a lot at the same time!)

When I look back into that time, I so loved the days filled with facilitation, designing programs, creative possibilities, play-space, creating, the creative process, getting to know new people, working together, new collaborations, and everything that was new new new! 😄🤪

The creative artistic entrepreneurial lifestyle has always attracted me. The joy and energy that inspiration & creative ideas/visions bring to me is big! 🔥🔥🔥 It's a fire from the inside actually 😊 The variety in the work, my interest in the different work tasks, the freedom of creation. The whole process, from vision to creation is super juicy 😍

The years that followed after this photo was taken I I have had a lot more training in spaceholding, guiding, working with energy, working with groups in spaces and the creation process in itself. As well as, how to take care of overwhelm, sensitivity, energies, health on all levels: mentally, physically, emotionally. Plus that I had to learn that all the 'new new new' was not gonna bring me more satisfaction. That actually also the less juicy parts of entrepreneurship and any process in general, also need to be done and taken care of. And it is and was when I started to take full ownership of all the parts and tasks, that projects really come and came to fruition.

I am super looking forward to bring all the gained knowledge and wisdom of the last years into the facilitation of Cosmic Potion and the online program for creators (which I am developing right now).
There is something about facilitation that makes me come alive 😍 And it's not about facilitating a program, that I can copy paste for 20 times. It's about a process that is uniquely designed every time. Based on the needs and process of the group. Based on the group-dynamic. It's an alchemical process that is connected to many different aspects. Being able to guide a process, while taking all these aspects into account, is a true art. It's an alchemical brew that creates a unique potion. And that's one of the things I truly live for, for sure! 😍

How much of live can we allow in?

We have ONE precious life to live fully 🙌 Our soul's came with a mission! This mission want's to be lived and experienced 😍 Life is not suppose to be a struggle. We can live a life where we feel free, joyful in peace and fulfilled.

The more I am in nature, away from the 9-5 mentality; the more I de-condition into my own rhythm. And I love it! 😍 Less attachment to what certain days ‘should be like’. Working when the energy, inspiration and drive is there naturally 🙏🌈🌟

A lot has changed in the last months. I am so glad to see where I am today 😊 In July I started with guiding individuals on their path towards discovering their joy, discovering their potential, and expressing their talents through their creations. And it is so fun! I love it 😄

For many years I have been very shy and holding back in stepping into the role of a coach’ or ‘a mentor’. And through encouragement of my surroundings, and the remembrance of my strong inner desires and visions; the moment arrived that I felt READY to step into this role! And it is so fulfilling to support others on their journey 🌟 with everything I have studied for and lived through. And the journey go’s on!

When I was healing and recovering from an infection weeks ago here in Corfu; I went in a deep inner process. The physical experiences and the personal lockdown in my apartment was holding a mirror for me, and I couldn’t and didn’t want to ignore the messages any longer. I decided to devote myself to go deeper into myself. To become more intimate with myself, my body and my feelings. I participated in workshops, started reading more books, and listened deeper to the subtle signals and messages of my body.

Today I see that my inner work does make a difference in the sessions and space holding with others. Feeling absolutely grateful for this journey and the work! Feeling more fulfilled then ever; recognizing that sharing and applying my gifts with others is helping them.

It is so fun to work on my own creations and to bring them into reality! 😄 Soon I will launch an online group journey for the ones who have many creative ideas, and seek support in the creation process into reality of them. And meanwhile I have a few spots free for 1:1 sessions for the ones who would like to discover their joy, talents, and their true potential in this lifetime.
