As a Classical Pilates Trainer, I teach and support my students on their journey to unfold their strength and flexibility through movement. Having practiced various kinds of sports since childhood, I’ve learnt that the benefits of movement are felt as much in our spirits as in our bodies. It has always been natural for me to engage in disciplines which promote and enhance a body & mind connection
. While searching for a therapy to restore my troubled back I encountered the Pilates method. I found the first class challenging and was left intrigued, after a few more classes my back felt lighter and stronger, after many more classes I wanted to know more about Joseph and his revolutionary system of exercises. I’m a certified PEAK Pilates Matwork Instructor (Core Pilates, Berlin) and a qualified Pre & Postnatal Pilates Instructor with Polestar (Amsterdam). PEAK Pilates is one of the worldwide leading education institutes, based in the USA, with an excellent record for training instructors in Classical Pilates. Both PEAK and Polestar are recognised by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) and DPV (Deutscher Pilates Verband), international bodies which guarantee the highest standards of education. I am committed to the highest quality training, therefore I only teach small mat classes (max 8 participants) and different levels, so that I can support each student’s individual needs and equipment classes with max. 2 clients. As a professional trainer in Classical Pilates, I instruct students through verbal and tactile cues, rather then through practical demonstration.
