A few minutes of crystal bowls to slow things down.
The mind softens, the body settles,
and the space starts to feel different 🤲

Some sounds have a way of cutting through the noise.

These lighter, higher tones feel different - less grounding, more spacious. It feels like they move through the mind and gently clear it.

Which one is your favorite? 🌿

In love with my new roommate 🌀 Playing the wind gong feels different every time. Even small changes, different mallets, different pressure, completely shift the sound.

Its warm, all-encompassing tones simply draw me into a space where thinking slows down. My mind disperses, body relaxes.

Afterwards, I often feel it through my whole body, like something has reset. Calm, grounded and in balance 🤍

The art of listening inwards
Deeper than the conditioned noise of
you are not enough
you need more, be better, do it all
The comparison
The constant idea that you are not there yet, and if only
this one thing would fall into place,
then you could finally be happy
What a trap

Happiness gained from the momentary satisfaction of a desire
is a short-lived pleasure
The next one is already around the corner

Contentment, true joy and bliss
are only found within
From presence
From appreciation
From the acknowledgement that we are human
and constantly changing
and in this change, perfectly beautiful

Finding the beauty in small things
Bathing in the gifts of your life
Nature, loved ones, moments of peace of mind

This is contentment.

Talking about and practicing around Santosha - contentment - as described in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras on my Patreon this coming month.

Full-length practice, talk, journaling prompts, and meditation out on May 1st.

May they support some sweet moments of contentment in your days 🤍

Crystal bowls have a way of bypassing the mind, filling the space with swirling tones and vibration.

You can almost feel the sound moving through the body, around the spine, into the chest - softening and dispersing the noise of the mind.

Even after years of playing them, I’m still touched by their effect - on me, and on everyone who receives the sound 🌀🤍

I’ve been wanting to create something like this for a long time.

A space that feels intentional, personal, and consistent.
A space where we actually deepen our practice together.

So I’ve created a monthly practice space.

Each month, we explore a theme - inspired by yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and my own reflections from 10 years of teaching.

Inside, you can move in your own way: listen to a talk or reflection from me, explore journaling prompts, practice a full-length class, or go deeper with a meditation.

All designed to support you not only on the mat, but in your daily life.

Something you can return to throughout the month,
in your own rhythm, in your own time.

This April, we begin with the theme Effort & Ease - learning to show up for ourselves, while also softening the need to control everything.

This space is for you if you’re longing for a bit more depth, more consistency, or simply a more intentional way to practice.

And at the same time, your support allows me to continue sharing free yoga for all.

If this resonates, you can find the link in my bio.

I would love to welcome you there 🤍

My instruments are my sanctuary. Whenever I play, things begin to align - within me and around me. Sound carries beyond the mind into places words can’t reach.

Every time someone joins a sound bath at my home, they come back - with their mother, their sister, their best friend. That connection, that shared deep experience, might be my favorite part of this work.

➰ If you feel called to dive into sound, I’d love to welcome you to my

One conscious breath is enough to make some space where before there was the uninterrupted succession of one thought after another. One conscious breath is an excellent way of bringing space into your life~

Re-reading Eckhard Tolle as a reminder to myself as I struggle these days to leave work behind. So many exciting things are happening and I am full of joy and excitement, yet I know I need rest and I know I want to experience it all fully. So here I am taking conscious breaths, one at a time.

Picture snippets from my recent sweet shoot with for a long overdue website update. Grateful and excited, sharing more soon ✨

2025 has been healing, expanding, challenging, and mostly beautiful. It’s the year I understood the importance of family and friendships more than ever before. The year I dove deeper into my self-exploration and my work. The year I joined new communities and made peace with connections that are no longer present. The year, my heart softened again.

I had the opportunity to learn and practice and offer what helped me most to others. Practices that I love, that had profound impact on me. We had three yoga retreats, completed our third Yoga Teacher Training and started our fourth. I held my first Crystal Bowl Sound Training, taught beautiful events and festivals, and had the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

I am full of gratitude and appreciation. Knowing well that not all of us have the privilege to live life so freely.

I am full of anticipation for 2026, I have a really good feeling. And I can’t wait to practice with you and explore life together. Thank you for practicing with me & happy new year to you 💘

If you let this year soften and settle…
what could you lovingly let go of?

If you trusted what’s coming…
what would you allow yourself to invite in?

Even though we’re in the middle of winter - a season of rest and stillness - I like to take this transitory moment as an invitation to pause, reflect, and gently sit with these questions.

I’m asking myself these questions and letting the answers come softly, without force.

I’m excited for a year of beautiful expansion ahead. And you?

Ps. these days you’ll find me reflecting mostly on this ultra-soft, warm lambswool mat by my favorite new spot (anzeige/nennung)
