Big day today…successfully supported the registration of three different private limited companies in Germany.
One highlight was SAVIC Technologies pvt.ltd . Ltd., a global AI & SAP consulting company with 500+ employees and offices in Mumbai India, Malaysia, Dubai, and the US, now expanding into Germany with a subsidiary GmbH.

The CEO of parent company, Senthil S , flew in just for the notary appointment and returning the same day, while a local CEO, Shubham Khenat , has been appointed to lead operations here.

Glad to have supported them through the German bureaucracy and now continuing as their channel partner for growth.

Last night we hosted a highly interactive Founder’s Café in Hamburg, bringing together a diverse group of full-time professionals, few founders, and students.

What made this session special was the openness in the room .. everyone introduced themselves, shared their journeys, and contributed to meaningful discussions around starting a business in Germany.
