This weekend we explored Ayurveda, traditional practices, and the principle of adapting yoga to the individual.

Between lectures, discussions, shared meals and quiet moments in the garden, learning continued long after each session had ended.

Some of the most valuable insights don’t always come from the lecture itself, but from the conversations it inspires.

Summer in Berlin ☀️

Our Ground Floor Studio at Lotos Yoga Academy – Mainzer Straße stays naturally cooler during warm days in the city, offering a calm space to practice and reset.

Classes run Monday to Friday:

16:00 Vinyasa / Hatha Flow
17:30 Vinyasa / Slow Flow
19:00 Vinyasa / Slow Flow
20:30 Evening Flow

Lotos Yoga Academy includes multiple practice spaces across Berlin: First Floor Studio, Ground Floor Studio and Outdoor Terrace.

There is a moment when your practice begins to ask for more.

For some, that journey leads to teaching. For others, it becomes an opportunity to explore yoga beyond the physical and deepen their relationship with the practice.

This weekend we begin our 25th Yoga Teacher Training group 🤍

Over the years, more than 500 teachers have passed through this space — each one bringing their own questions, challenges, and way of learning.

What we’ve noticed is simple: the practice keeps revealing new layers, no matter how many times we return to it.

Grateful to continue this work, and to welcome another group into it 🙏
