English Speaking Boot Camp Body Language Boot Camp is an English speaking boot camp that runs every Tuesday and Thursday from April-September.

It is a great way for you to get fit and enjoy one of the most beautiful parks that this city has to offer. The class is an hour long and caters for all levels of fitness. The class is a fun, exciting multifaceted workout. It includes:

• Dynamic Warm Up

• Functional Bodyweight Training

• High-Intensity Interval Training

• Team Games

• Races

• Running

• Cool Down

• Stretching

Last January, I decided that 2016 would be the year that I will run a marathon. The plan was to run a 10K in Spring, followed by a half-marathon in the Summer and this would be topped off by a marathon in Autumn/ Winter. The 10K was a doddle, but it still took about 6 weeks of training. The summer half marathon goal was accomplished but it was slightly hampered by a bout of the infamous runner's knee. Hill sprints in the gym at lunchtime. Absolute killer. 5 minutes warm up. 5 minutes stretching. Set the machine to the maximum gradient and a speed of 15+ KM per hour. 45 seconds sprints followed by a 45 second break. Repeat 12 times.
