In my classes we will flow into different stages, creating heat in our bodies and learning to let go and cool down; finding stillness within. I would love to be part of your yoga journey and learn from each other. Antigravity Yoga is a mix of classical yoga and the field of acrobatics. With the help of a silk we create intense stretches, do inversions more easily and slowly move away from the ground. It is a very good tool to overcome anxiety and to learn to let yourself fall. That there is always something (someone) to hold on to. We all know that Yoga can help in many different ways, physically or mentally. It works different on everybody.
