A cacao ceremony is a ritual that helps you to awaken spiritually. It quiets the mind, opens your heart and brings you in touch with your true self.
From this place of deep connection, you can tap into your own wisdom and receive the guidance and insights that you’re longing for.
In a cacao ceremony, you drink ceremonial cacao with a clear intention for guidance. After that, you journey into yourself with the help of a meditation, breath work, sound healing.

As 2024 is coming to a close, it’s time to reflect on the year that has been and to set intentions for the new year. Honoring endings and beginnings helps us release what no longer serves us and call in what we truly desire. Together in this ceremony, we’ll journey to connect with a powerful vision, dream or myth for the year ahead. Guided by intuition, you’ll gain clarity on your path and create a path that reflects your intentions.

During a cacao ceremony, you drink a ceremonial dose of cacao, after you’ve set your intention for your ceremony and meditation journey.
From this place you can receive the answers and insights that you’re longing for.

Before the cacao we will practice a small yin yoga session to relax our nervous system and prepare our bodies, minds and spirits for the ceremony. After the cacao we will have a sound healing meditation with gong and Tibetan bowls where these vibrations will help to open you up. After the cacao ceremony, you will feel relaxed, energized, and deeply connected to your intuition.
