Here is another variation of the coordination - rotational embrace.

As you noticed I'm involving my feet which makes this coordination more challenging.
Try to search for a way to save energy in your body to be more efficient on the long run.

Get better COORDINATED and more RHYTHMICAL!
Otherwise you are going to produce unnecessary tension in your body which could lead to injuries.

Look at the whole picture and try not to isolate your learning process.
