In this workshop our amazing guest instructor .dominikowska will teach you fire pole tricks and transitions on heels, that can be used to spice up your heels choreography! 🔥

You will learn all essential techniques, using the basics of pole dance and floorwork to execute all your tricks in a safe and clean way to make them appear powerful and controlled.

This workshop is entended for all kinds of level. For those people who want to achieve better splits, legs tricks and lines in the floor, in the air and upsidedown.

You will learn exercises for passive and active flexibility to build balance, strength and mobility to be able to go into all your splits safely with the right technique and ex*****on. We take the time to warm up, strengthen and stretch the whole body and go deeply into the stretch to achieve your most flexy splits!

This 2-hour workshop is focused on your back, core, shoulders, glutes and hamstrings to properly prepare your body for deep backbend.

You will learn a warm up routine to build flexibility and strength and balance to get into a variation of shapes like bridges, forearm stands and flexy handstands ;)

With this Workshops your body will feel able to push your flexibility further and you will have new tools to work to achieve your goals in a safe way.
