Of course hygiene comes first.
I certainly didn’t expect presents today from customers thankful for the online support.
I thank everyone for showing up, especially those who could never imagine sitting in front of a laptop to do yoga!
We all learned a lot.

Finally back to live classes with real people. Love my work.

No photographer? Set up the tripod and use the remote. Try not to feel silly !

Look around and notice what’s already there. We don’t need to go away to see beautiful skies. Stay safe, stay home. Maybe do a little yoga 😊🙏🏼

Im ready to go. As of Monday all classes will be online. Grab your mat and call in via zoom. Give it a try. You don’t even have to get out of your pyjamas or brush your hair! Feel free to drop me a message if you’re interested.

Now offering indoor classes for a reduced number of yogis due to the social distancing regulations. Garden Yoga every Friday and Saturday and online classes on Friday and Saturday mornings. More info about how to book a space coming soon or contact me directly. I'd love to see you!

Samstags bei schönem Wetter im schönen Garten. Wir atmen frische Luft, lauschen die Vögel und spüren die Erde unter unseren Füßen. Wir lassen uns nicht von Krabbeltieren und Rasenmäher aus der Ruhe bringen! Erden und Achtsamkeit bekommen hier eine ganz intensive Bedeutung.
