Hi:)
My name is Hila. I started working with my body somewhere at the age of 7, with my first ballet class. I discovered pilates totally by accident and was amazed from the wonders it did to my body and my soul. It was love at first sight. I teach pilates more than 8 years already, and made my stag` at one of the biggest studios in Israel, learning to work with every kinds of populations and learned to deal with many kinds of bodies, postures and problems, starting with back pains, continuing working with pregenent women till the way to severe injuries. Through the years I taught and trained physiotherapist to become pilates teachers and gave class in pilates courses for teachers. Now my home is here in berlin, and I wish I could give some of the knowledge I've collected through the years to the beautiful people of Berlin.
