What to expect?
Relaxing and releasing time with yoga, cacao ceremony, and sound meditation with Piano Music.
I will guide you through a heart-opening and deeply releasing Yoga sequence, open for all levels. Please bring your mat and cozy clothes.

I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. For me, Yoga is an internal journey of self-discovery, an opportunity to connect with yourself and unite body and mind. The main focus of my classes is body awareness and a deep stress release.
My signature practice is called the Body Awareness Practice and focuses on improving body awareness and establishing a loving relationship with your body (again).
Yoga is not about self-improvement or performing the craziest asanas - Yoga is about listening to what is there when you are quiet, it is about accepting your true self and your body as it is.

My Yoga Nidra classes are designed to enter the healing powers of a deep night sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a sanskrit term, meaning „yogic sleep“, is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation.
Yoga Nidra is a state between wakefulness and sleeping, your body is completely relaxed and you are turning your awareness inwards, by listening to the sound of my voice.
In every class you will choose a Sankalpa, a personal resolve. Through this resolve the practice provides space to rework the inner programming we create through our lives. The Sankapla is typically linked to a limiting belief that we are reworking. Something that we hold that is no longer serving us. So you can really shift mindsets and patterns with this practice.
Yoga Nidra brings your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, expands your self- and body awareness, soothes the nervous system, strengthens the immunity and improves the quality of sleep.
Yoga Nidra offers a space to explore what you need in the moment, as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions.
