🏁 5K Time Trial: done and dusted.
12.5 laps, plenty of suffering, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of personal benchmarks set.
With summer races around the corner, Tuesday’s track session was all about finding out where we stand before the real work begins. From big PBs to brave pacing attempts and the usual post-run banter, it was one of those evenings that reminded us why we love doing this together.
The benchmark is set. Soon the training blocks wil start.
