After having an amputation, Maya Elena Paduraru found a new passion in Snowboarding. In 2019, she stepped on a snowboard for the 1st time, proving to herself - and the world - that she can conquer anything 🏂

This autumn, Dubai and Manchester hosted the FIS 2024 🏂 Para Snowboard Development Camps, supported by Citi, where athletes:
✏️ Learned and improved technical skills
🤗 Made new friends and built community
❄️ Challenged others and themselves about what persons with disabilities can do
⭐️ Grew their self-confidence and motivation
