How do you feel about that?

As long as you think someone is watching,
you will not fully feel yourself.

But most of the time, nobody is watching.
And if they are,
they probably admire your freedom
more than they judge it.

So it is not really them.
It is your idea
of how they might see you.

Throw that overboard.
Dance.
Feel yourself.
Choose your happiness.

Because happiness is not somewhere else.
There is no way to happiness.
Happiness is the way.

And no coaching technique can manufacture it.
Happiness is your natural state.
