🗓️ The 31st ECSS Annual Congress may officially open on 7 July, but the action starts a day earlier.

The Pre-Congress Programme on Monday (6 July) is packed with 12 sessions spanning anti-doping science, biomechanics, running, nutrition, sport innovation and more.

Whether you're joining a hands-on workshop, heading to the Olympic House or catching the free public lecture on concussion, there's something for everyone.
