And last weekend it was the other way round… Sensei Torben Svendsen and Sensei Jana Nendel visited our dojo in Düsseldorf for an exquisite internal training.

From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon we worked intensively on the basics of Okinawa Guju Ryu, with a deep dive into Junbi Undo, Tora Guchi and application. We got into several Kata and their Bunkai and were quite challenged in our endurance!
With a nice get together and exchange it was a wonderful weekend. Many thanks to Sensei Torben and Sensei Jana! We are looking forward your next visit and are happy and grateful for the support to grow further.

We also had dear guests from Belgium and very qualitative support from Sensei Ivan Cools. It’s always a joy to have you with us.
