Life offers many beautiful coincidences for which I can only be grateful.

Last night was another such moment. After a long and busy day, my path led me, purely by chance, to the Restaurant Schorn, not a minute's walk from the Sh***ri Refuge Düsseldorf, where I got the last seat.

From then on, a gourmet journey with a sequel begins, guaranteed.
