Rest in Peace Jay🤍 when I first met him in Susanna’s Studio in Dubai , I was impressed and a little bit intimidated for meeting a legend like him. It was my Pilates life changing experience. With him I got to know my mentor, dearest friend and gifted teacher Gloria who stands by my side from day 1 💜 She invited him to Italy for giving us again the sparkle of his genius. Thank you Susanna for inviting me to the classical method🩷…. Thank you Glo for guiding me all my way through and on and on….😍💜…… Thank you Jay for your legacy🤍

One of the biggest effect of really doing the work, is that we learn the deep RESPECT… if we just talk about the work, if we only judge other people’s work, if we only try and fix bodies … we are missing the best part… that is to really do the work… to practice in our own bodies, to guide people to find the work in their own bodies, to observe without judgment and without looking for mistakes; that’s when we learn to have RESPECT for ourselves, for our own mistakes, for our own time, for others , for their bodies , their space, their needs, respect of the environment where we work, for the apparatuses, respect for our teachers, for our students, clients, for our time and efforts, respect for our failures and our success… respect for the work and for Joe and Clara 😍
