Dresden area!
We’re looking for an extra pair of hands to help at our small workshop in Pirna, near Dresden.

We’re a small team and a bit overloaded, so we need someone reliable to join us. The work is hands-on and doesn’t require special qualifications, like deburring and finishing parts, assembling hubs, packing orders, and operating the laser machine.

What matters most is accuracy and responsibility. We’ll teach you everything else.

We’ve got a friendly atmosphere, a young team, and flexible hours. Both part-time and full-time are possible. Students are welcome.

If you’re curious about how high-end bicycle components are made, i.e. CNC machining, metal finishing, and all that, then this is a great place to learn.
Interested? Send us a message.

We've just refreshed all the product photos on our website, making them a much more accurate reflection of the high quality of our hubs that we've been able to achieve over the past year.

It's definitely worth checking out again!

Boost or Non-boost, is that even a question? We offer both!

As a small independent manufacturer, Black Friday isn’t really our season. We just don’t align with the whole “mass produce stuff for cheap” vibe. Instead, we put a lot of love into every detail and make everything ourselves at our factory in Germany. But we couldn’t let Black Friday slip by without throwing in a deal, right?

So, check this out — we’ve got a Special Edition Turquoise QVIST hubset up for grabs! We picked this color not just because it looks awesome, but it also reminds us of the Index CNC machines we use to make the hubs. If you’re familiar with CNC machining, you know this color is pretty much the hallmark of German manufacturing.

And here’s the kicker: we’re throwing in a matching color top cap with every hub set ordered this week! Don’t forget, this Black Friday offer is only valid until December 2, 2024. So, don’t snooze on this!

Did you know we also build wheels?

Every bicycle hub ends up being the core of the wheel. If you’re looking to save time and skip the search for a wheel builder, or if you don’t have one nearby, you can order your wheels directly from us.

With our extensive selection of hubs we produce, and the rims and ni***es we carry, we can build wheels tailored to your exact needs.

Visit our website or send us a message to order your new set of QVIST factory-built wheels!

What we learned over the past few months is that there is always something that can go wrong if you don’t have full control of the production and rely on all kinds of third-party suppliers.

We’ve had some real issues with contractors causing problems, which led to us having to completely redo batches and caused some major delays. We’ve learned from these mistakes and have been working hard to bring all production in-house.

Now we’re happy to say that we’re finally all set, and we’ve started sending out hub sets on a daily basis.

Pictured is the very first batch that was 100% made in our shop in Dresden, Germany, and we’re really proud of this.

To celebrate the launch of serial production of our QVIST hubs, we decided to drop a small batch of Limited Edition Matte Pink hubsets!

Pink is rarely found in nature, making your bike stand out on any trail or road. Additionally, it is the brightest of all anodized colors, ensuring that the bike will shine at any post-ride party!

Performance-wise, our Limited Edition hubs feature the patent-pending DOUBLE RATCHET SYSTEM, offering 120 points of engagement and a rich stereo freehub sound.

Matte Pink QVIST hubs are available in regular (non-boost) and boost widths in 24h, 28h, and 32h. They may only be ordered as a set. Pre-orders will be collected until June 15, so act fast!

We’ve finally come to the moment when we’ve completed our first production batch of hubs, marking a significant milestone for us.

This journey was not without its challenges, though. Setting up your own full-scale manufacturing has nothing in common with just designing the parts and sending them to some overseas vendor to machine. We’ve faced so many obstacles on the way to the final product, but at the same time, it made us so much happier to finally achieve the result.

Here we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported us at the beginning of our journey, and especially those who made pre-orders and spread the word about our products!

By the way, which of our initial color options do you like more, grey or black?

We're coming back out of the woodwork! A lot has happened in the last few months, and we would like to give you a little update.

Unfortunately, after quality and delivery problems with our previous CNC manufacturer, we had to look for a new supplier. This proved to be extremely difficult. Either they wanted to help us, but couldn't. Or they could, but didn't want to. For this reason, we have decided to take the production into our own hands and to buy our own CNC machines. We are proud to announce: our hubs will be 100% made in-house in Germany!

Until we have set up and moved into our own factory, it will take some time (around summer 2023). Fortunately, we have found a great prototype manufacturer who supports the final development of our hubs. We are currently waiting for special tools that will be the same for series production. As soon as we have them, we will produce the - most likely - last round of prototypes and we will fine-tune the manufacturing processes. We've been riding our prototypes for over a year now - we're just tweaking the hubs to our complete satisfaction. Once they have passed all the bench and field tests, we will start taking pre-orders.

We can't wait to show you our products. Please be patient with us a little longer - it will be worth it!
