💪 Want to fix your upper body posture? Here’s the simplest solution:
1️⃣ Push-ups: These will help open up your chest, fix forward slouch, and improve your upper body alignment.
2️⃣ Pull-ups (or assisted): Strengthen your back and shoulder joints by lifting your arms above your head. This is key for a strong, balanced posture.
These two exercises are all you need to build and maintain great upper body posture.
🛠 Tip: If you’re dealing with neck, shoulder, or upper back pain due to slouching, these exercises will help.
Go slow and pick an easy progression level.

She looked at me this morning and said:
“no way your bringing me in those”
And just like that... I became the embarrassing dad.
I spent most of my life in Jordans and hoop shoes.
Now my toes are fighting for space like they’re in economy class.
These look crazy — but they’ve helped. A lot.
I still think barefoot shoes are overhyped.
But if your toes are all banged up from sports,
this might be worth trying.
