🍣🥒 Salmon & Vegetable Stir-Fry 🫑🧅

Perfect for a quick, healthy dinner! ✨

You’ll need:
• salmon fillet
• courgette
• pepper
• onion
• olive oil
• salt, pepper, paprika
• lemon juice

How to prepare it:

Chop the onion, pepper and courgette into pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan or on the Bushbox Flip Plate and fry the vegetables until they are slightly softened. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Season the salmon and add it to the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side until it's cooked through but still beautifully moist. Finish with a splash of lemon juice. 🍋

Delicious, packed with protein and perfect for a healthy lifestyle. 💪✨

🍣🥒 Bunte Lachs-Gemüse-Pfanne 🫑🧅

Perfekt für ein schnelles, gesundes Abendessen! ✨

Du brauchst:
• Lachsfilet
• Zucchini
• Paprika
• Zwiebel
• Olivenöl
• Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver
• etwas Zitronensaft

Zubereitung:

Zwiebel, Paprika und Zucchini in Stücke schneiden. Etwas Olivenöl in einer Pfanne oder auf der Bushbox Flip Plate erhitzen und das Gemüse anbraten, bis es leicht weich wird. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver würzen.

Den Lachs würzen und mit in die Pfanne geben. Von beiden Seiten einige Minuten braten, bis er gar, aber noch schön saftig ist. Zum Schluss mit etwas Zitronensaft verfeinern. 🍋

Super lecker, proteinreich und perfekt für einen gesunden Lifestyle. 💪✨
