𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 and 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘄𝗮🗾! 🇯🇵
Back in Japan! This year again, we visited our HIOKI headquarters in Ueda, Japan.

Together with colleagues from subsidiaries around the world, we gathered at the global forum at HIOKI E.E. CORPORATION, creating a great opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas and perspectives, connecting across regions. And of course, plenty of joy and good food along the way. 🌍🤝😊

We als participated in the annual 𝗛𝗜𝗢𝗞𝗜 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🎉, where employees, families and the local community came together to celebrate teamwork, culture according to HIOKI’s philosophy of “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆”. This year marks the festival’s 23rd anniversary.

Another highlight for our team was the factory tour, giving our team the chance to experience HIOKI’s production live on site where “Japanese precision” is realized since 1935. 🏭

Representing HIOKI EUROPE GmbH this year were Petro Hrytsyshyn, Aude Amélie Keïta, Anna Lewandowski, Dirk Ungurian and Torsten Voll.

Two great days at 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 have come to an end.

It was fantastic to see 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗜𝗢𝗞𝗜 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and especially rewarding to 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗜𝗢𝗞𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹 in person.

Measuring temperature is common practice for various reasons. But temperature alone doesn’t tell you about dynamics of temperature changes.

HIOKI EUROPE GmbH welcomed a very pleasant visit from our Headquarters in Japan: CEO Okazawa-san, Global Sales Director Takano-san, Obara-san and Mandai-san.

The visit focused on aligning the future direction for in Europe. We reviewed current developments, discussed priorities for 2026 and beyond, and confirmed a shared view: HIOKI EUROPE is moving forward, as a growing team and organization.

Outside the business agenda, our team had prepared something special this year: a city rallye with fun challenges, personal exchange and shared moments beyond daily work. Thanks to everybody hanging in despite the highest summer temperatures in before we could cool off and recharge during a dinner together to make the program complete.

Thanks to our visitors from Japan, to the organizing team and to everyone who contributed to making this visit productive, engaging and memorable.
