Bodyweight dips are great (esp for us 50+ yr olds!). But for increased intensity, muscle building and amping up the calorie burn, add weighted dips to your routine. No need to go deeper than 90 degrees to activate your pecs.

Switching up my program for the next 8 weeks, with more drop sets and super sets. With nutrition I'll be in a small calorie deficit, keeping my protein intake up at 2,2 g per kg of bodyweight.
