Beyond the poses, she enjoys creating new ways of connection between people through play and collaboration. Elizabeth is keen on all related to movement, nutrition and self-growth. In her childhood she trained Rhythmic Gymnastic, where she initially developed her love for movement. Then, more than 13 years ago as a teenager she had her first encounter with yoga, which marked the beginning of a long-lasting passion. Since then she has been in a never-ending quest to delve deeper into the realms of yoga and human well-being. She is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher, has completed a training in Yin yoga and has attended the workshops of world-renowned teachers such as Adam Husler and Adell Bridges.
