10 years of the pilates studio.
When I opened the doors, I often had to explain what Pilates was - it’s amazing to see how much things have changed. Today, studios are popping up everywhere, but my goal remains exactly the same: to provide authentic, high-quality Pilates with genuine care and connection for our clients.
I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported the studio over the past 10 years. Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂

10 Jahre the pilates studio.
Als ich die Türen damals geöffnet habe, musste ich oft erst erklären, was Pilates überhaupt ist - unglaublich, wie sehr sich das verändert hat. Heute entstehen gefühlt jede Woche neue Studios, aber meine Mission ist nach wie vor dieselbe: authentisches, qualitativ hochwertiges Pilates anzubieten und unseren Kundinnen und Kunden mit echter Aufmerksamkeit und persönlicher Betreuung zu begegnen.
Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für alle, die das Studio in den letzten 10 Jahren begleitet und unterstützt haben. Auf das nächste Kapitel! 🥂Die Feierlichkeiten folgen — ich halte euch auf dem Laufenden! 🙌🏻

Looking forward to our Classical Pilates Teacher Training Intermediate Workshop this weekend!
I’m incredibly proud and delighted to work with such dedicated apprentices who bring enthusiasm, commitment, and a genuine passion for learning. Together, we’ll be diving deeper into the method, exploring the full range of classical apparatus, and continuing the important work of preserving and passing on the Classical Pilates tradition.
It’s inspiring to watch these future teachers grow in confidence and skill. I see bright futures ahead!
