Dinah Rodrigues, the author of Hormone Yoga Therapy, is celebrating her 97th birthday today! 🎉

This photo was taken in January 2024 during a weekend workshop in the Czech Republic, where Dinah introduced the new sequence - Hormone Yoga Therapy for Immune System.

Dinah herself is the living proof of the effectiveness of her method in maintaining health, energy, and vitality. Her therapeutic approach has been a source of relief and wellness for countless women and men worldwide.

As a certified Hormone Yoga Therapy teacher for eight years now, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this incredible method, helping others to naturally balance hormones and alleviate stress.
