How often do you notice what you are thinking?
According to science, an average adult has up to 80,000 thoughts per day. 80% of them are negative thoughts, and 95% are the same (negative) thoughts we repeat every day.
Just imagine this amount of negativity we withhold INSIDE us. Picture how so many thoughts come and go unconsciously and how we don't even notice how they affect our behaviours and relationships with ourselves, with others and with life.
Without knowing it, we can become victims of our own mind.
So, how can we liberate ourselves from the tyranny of our mind?
