We gladly wish you guys to meet Sureka Our oldest and most loyal friend, sister, budokonera & Budokon Yoga Teacher.

She has been with us since the beginning of 2020, thriving through strong Budokon Flows mostly online, due to that time. Her engaged enthusiasm & passion for this movement led her to ignite her path and went through an amazing journey joining Family in Montana, and took her dive into 50H Budokon Yoga TT under the guidance of our strong & thoughtful teachers & . A few months later she became a certified Budokon Yoga Instructor. We are darn proud of our Sister and the path she‘s taken. Apart from Budokon she‘s a Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and has achieved Level 1 on Himalaya Kriya.

Don‘t miss Sureka this upcoming week, she‘ll be taking over one of our Outdoor sessions, and you may catch her weekly class ‚Yoga meets Martial Arts’ on Wednesdays at Ohana.

Join us on this amazing day, where Budokoneros, Yogis, Movers, & all those who are just full of love and passion for this movement meet!

We want to offer this space to all of you in order to connect a bit deeper with other members of the community, maybe just a quick chat, and some laughs, and just have a space to open and enjoy some quality time. Time to share!!!

We’ll start with Winnie’s delicious Power Shots to spice ourselves up, and then we’ll be flowing 120 minutes through an amazing and powerful Budokon Sequence guided by Bille and Julian .stein

***This Event is donation & potluck based***
We’ll have a box at the studio where you can donate (cash preferably) whatever your heart and soul desires. All donations with go to where our amazing sister Natasya Maura & share as mentors.

For the Potluck, each attendee contributes with their special often homemade (not a must), dish of food to be shared. You may bring your favorite! After the class, we will start our festivity!!! We will provide a Fruit Punch you may also bring your own type of drink.

Certified Budokon Yoga Instructor

Franziskas hunger for physical exploration & instinctive playfulness led her to discover at a very young age the world of Yoga and a few years later, the deep world of Budokon Mixed Movement Arts.

Her sessions are filled with deep meditation, body awareness, explorational drills and delicious fine tuning, keeping a strong and playful flow.

We are more than thrilled to have her as part of our Budokon Hamburg Crew.

He finished his BDK TT this year, he has deepened his knowledge with further training in Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Reiki. Learning every time the strength within him, through the connection of breath and asana, he has evolved into an even stronger practitioner.

You’ve probably already attended one or two of his classes & seen him around on our Workshops.

Budokon is a Mixed Movement Arts System, where we ignite the martial artists within you & developed thru a conditioning curriculum with Budokon Mobility, Yoga and Crawling Patterns that makes each student a unique and well-rounded mover& athlete.

Join & two amazing warrior women in codifying the complex connection of movement patterns existing within Budokon Yobility & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in this upcoming workshop.

For all Yogis, the focus will be to learn and ignite your Jiu-Jitsu passing game. For all Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, you will learn to connect and smooth out all your movement patterns thru a soft but strong Budokon Flow.

We will connect distinct Budokon mobility patterns with their corresponding Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
