wir haben gestern in einem sehr langen Gespräch nun endlich eine klare
Aussage bekommen,was die Lieferverzögerung der ersten Charge der Boosted

Nachricht ist, dass solltet Ihr schon eine Bestellung bei uns plaziert
haben, euer Lieferspot gesichert ist und ihr seid bei der ersten
Auslieferung dabei! Das Lieferfenster ist im Zeitraum vom 25.08.-10.09.
-Auf den Tag genau konnten wir leider kein Datum von Boosted bekommen.
Wir haben eine fixe Menge an Boards von Boosted kalkuliert bekommen und
alle Bestellung bis zum 12.08. sind mit dabei, was eine gute Nachricht
ist, denn weltweit ist die Nachfrage nach Boosted Boards sehr hoch!

-Zusätzlich, da wir eure Enttäuschung sehr gut nachvollziehen können,
bieten wir jedem Kunden, der seine Bestellung bis zum 12.08. bei uns
plaziert hat, einen Helm von Triple 8 for FREE mit dazu, um euch die
Wartezeit etwas zu versüßen.

conversation, we finally got a clear statement as to the delivery delay
of the first
batch of Boosted Boards. In this link you can read the official

The good news is that if you have already placed an order with us, your
spot of Delivery is secured and you
will be present at the first delivery! This window is in the period from
25.08.-10.09.
Unfortunately, we could not get a date from Boosted for the specific day.
We have a fixed amount of Boosted boards and all orders until 12.08. are
in the first wave of delivery, which is good news,
because worldwide the demand for Boosted Boards is very high!

In addition, since we can understand your disappointment very well, we
offer every customer, who placed his order with us untill 12th of August
will get a helmet from Triple 8 for FREE with it, to sweeten your wait a
little bit.
