To my regulars from the first round of online sessions and to all potential newbies: ⁣
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING goes online. AGAIN. ⚡⁣

Starting next week (Wednesday, Nov 4) I’ll be hosting two full body no equipment workout sessions per week. All via online stream live from my living room to yours. ⁣

WHEN:⁣
// SUNDAYS: 10-11AM⁣
// WEDNESDAYS: 7.30PM - 8.30PM⁣

WHAT TO EXPECT: ⁣
I will guide you through the workout and provide some nice beats to sweat to.⁣
All levels are welcome as all movements are scalable. If needed, just take more rest and join again once you are ready.⁣
No equipment needed.⁣
No movements with a lot of jumping - to avoid you getting in trouble with your neighbors.😉⁣
You can wear shoes if you like, but you can easily do all movements without them.⁣
