FUNCTIONAL TRAINING goes online. AGAIN. ⚡
Starting next week (Wednesday, Nov 4) I’ll be hosting two full body no equipment workout sessions per week. All via online stream live from my living room to yours.
WHEN:

WHAT TO EXPECT:
I will guide you through the workout and provide some nice beats to sweat to.
All levels are welcome as all movements are scalable. If needed, just take more rest and join again once you are ready.
No equipment needed.
No movements with a lot of jumping - to avoid you getting in trouble with your neighbors.😉
You can wear shoes if you like, but you can easily do all movements without them.

Due to the current situation all SWEAT SOCIETY functional training sessions are now available online via live video. Come join for a 60-minute full body no equipment workout, that you can do from home.

Would you guys be interested in a guide? Since the whole concept of prepping healthy and nutritious food (while most importantly making it taste super yummy) still seems to be quite a challenging thing for a lot of people I have been thinking about how to make it more accessible to all of you.
