HIIT Pilates is the perfect fusion of the super effective and mindful exercises from Pilates along with high intensity cardio bursts. It's a non-stop, fast-paced workout that will raise your heart rate for maximum calorie burn and toning.

‘’I’m an Australian Pilates instructor and musical theatre performer with a passion for fitness, healthy delicious cooking and travel.
Can't do much of the latter at the moment, so I'm all about workouts and eating good food! I have over 9 years of Pilates teaching experience and am also a featured instructor on DoYou.com. .
When not teaching Pilates or in lock down, I'm performing on stage in Pretty Woman the Musical in Hamburg, Germany as a swing.


I'm thrilled to be joining .room and look forward to working out with you all!’’
