🇩🇰: Forberedelserne til Challenge Herning er i den sidste specifikke fase. Jeg har allerede fået testet de første ting af ved årets første race. Formen er opadgående og pace på mit nye Garmin Forerunner 745 bliver hurtigere og hurtigere. Vi ses snart på startstregen ! Jeg glæder mig. Bruger du et Garmin ur til din træning?

🇬🇧: The preparation for the challenge herning is in its final stages. I have completed a first test race. Form shows upwards and the pace on my new Garmin Forerunner 745 is going in the right direction. See you soon on the race course! I am looking forward to race. Do you use a Garmin for training?

KIDS RACE 👨‍👦‍👦🏃🏻‍♂️

🇩🇰: Fredag d. 10 Juni står i børnenes tegn, når der skal løbes KIDS RUN i Herning.
Distancen er på 2.5km og er for alle børn under 12 år - Det perfekte løb til at fejre weekenden eller i forlængelse af at mor og far har fået checket deres cykler ind 😉

🇬🇧: The 10th of June is dedicated to the kids, when it's time for our new KIDS RUN in Herning.
The distance is a 2.5km run and is for kids under 12 years of age. It's the perfect race to celebrate the start of the weekenden or in continuation of mom and dad checking in their bikes 😉
