Racing has mostly two sides. This weekend, we got a taste of each.

The Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup at the Hungaroring was decided by the finest of margins from the very first session. Keagan Masters was just 0.3 seconds off P3 in qualifying — but in a field this competitive, that was only enough for P11 on the grid.

The race plan was clear: fight forward, recover points. Then, on a chaotic opening lap, Keagan was innocently caught up in a collision and forced to retire due to the damage. A bitter end to a weekend that promised more. 😔

But every weekend has two sides — and this one belonged to Kai Pfister. Our gentleman driver from Würzburg delivered his best Supercup result of the season so far with a fighting P23, going wheel-to-wheel with fellow gentleman drivers throughout the race — including a memorable duel with 1997 Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve. Not bad for a Sunday afternoon in Budapest. 👏

Now we head into a well-earned four-week summer break — time to reset, refocus, and prepare for what's next.

The season resumes 21–23 August at Zandvoort, where two races on the weekend give us double the chance to bring valuable points home. We'll be ready. 💪

Budapest, here we come. 🇭🇺🏁

Round 5 of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup takes us to the Hungaroring this weekend — the final race before the summer break, and one we're genuinely excited about.

After a tough weekend at Spa, the team is fully focused and ready to bounce back. Keagan Masters heads into Budapest sitting P4 in the championship standings — a strong position to build on before the break.

Not every race is perfect. This weekend was one of those.

Keagan Masters showed strong pace throughout practice and qualifying at Spa-Francorchamps — a small mistake on his fastest lap in qualifying left him starting P8, closer to the front than the result will show.

In the race, he made up two positions early on before unforeseen car trouble slowed him down. Not the afternoon we hoped for — but Masters made the best of a difficult situation, bringing the car home in P12 and picking up 4 crucial points.

"We now need to investigate what happened to Keagan's car during the race so that we can prevent such setbacks in future. It's a real shame, as he had good pace before the problem and could certainly have secured a good points finish." — Michael Dirsch

Kai Pfister finished P26 in the second car — another memorable weekend for him in front of the huge crowds at one of the most iconic circuits in the world.

The bright side: after four of eight races, Keagan sits P4 in the championship standings heading into the summer break. Not the result we wanted at Spa, but the bigger picture still looks strong.

That's racing — some weekends you're on the podium, some weekends you fight for damage limitation. What matters is what we learn and bring to the next one.

Next stop: the Hungaroring, 26 July — the final race before the summer break. Time to bounce back. 💪

Belgium. Formula 1. And us. 🇧🇪🏁

Round 4 of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup is already coming — and this weekend, we're racing again at one of the most legendary circuits in motorsport: Spa-Francorchamps, as part of the Belgian Grand Prix weekend.

7.004 km. 19 corners. Elevation changes that separate the good from the great. Opened in 1921, Spa is a true European classic & one of the most demanding tracks on the entire calendar. If there's one place where raw speed and precision both matter equally, it's here.

In the team standings, Proton Competition currently sits P4 — and every point at a circuit like this counts double. The whole team is fully focused heading into this weekend.

A milestone worth celebrating. 🏆

The 24H Series made its debut at the Nürburgring this weekend with a 12-hour race — and our GT3 division delivered in style.

Jörg Dreisow, Manuel Lauck, Constantin Dressler and Porsche contracted driver Joel Sturm put in a strong, disciplined performance across 12 hours behind the wheel of our Porsche 911 GT3 R — and with the class win in GT3 Pro-Am. 🥇

It's our second class victory of the season — proof that the consistency and pace we've shown all year is no coincidence.

With this result, we now sit P2 in the GT3 Pro-Am championship standings, just 12 points behind the leaders, heading into the season finale at the 24H Barcelona in September. The title fight is very much alive.

A huge thank you to Jörg, Manuel, Constantin and Joel for another flawless drive — and to everyone behind the scenes who made this possible.

Back on top. Two circuits. One incredible team effort. 🏆

🇿🇦 Keagan Masters reclaimed the championship lead in the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland at the Norisring, finishing P2 in both races on Germany's only street circuit. After six of eight race weekends, he now holds a 14-point lead over his closest rival — and Proton Competition leads the team standings by 59 points. "I'm very happy to be back at the top of the standings," said Masters.

🇳🇱 Robert de Haan made his comeback for the team, stepping in for Marcus Amand. After being innocently caught up in an incident at the start of Race 1, our mechanics worked through the night to get him back on track in a replacement car. Starting last on the grid in Race 2, de Haan fought his way up to P10 — a comeback that speaks for itself.

🇸🇪 Gustav Bergström delivered his best race of the season, finishing P7 in Race 1 and taking the rookie class win. 👏

🇭🇰 Dylan Yip joined him on the rookie podium with P3 on Saturday.

🇸🇪 Daniel Ros picked up further valuable points with P10 and P9.

🇩🇪 Kai Pfister made a guest appearance at the Norisring and finished on the Pro-Am podium in both races.

This weekend, the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland returns for Round 6 of 8 — this time as part of the DTM weekend at the legendary Norisring street circuit in Nuremberg.

The stakes couldn't be higher: Keagan Masters currently sits P2 in the championship, just one point off the lead. After two race wins at the Lausitzring, the pace is there. Now every detail counts. Of course also for our full team. Amand & the other drivers will give their best of course as well!

P3. Hard earned. Well deserved. 🏆

The Red Bull Ring wasn't the easiest weekend for us — but that's exactly when character shows.

🇿🇦 Keagan Masters qualified P8 and had to do it the hard way. A strong start, relentless pace, and smart racing moved him up the field. In the closing stages, fortune favoured the brave — a rival's puncture and a time penalty confirmed P3 and our first Supercup podium of 2026.

We also owe an apology to Alexander Tauscher, whose car was withdrawn from the results due to a team error.

Kai Pfister and Rodin Younessi saw the chequered flag in P26 and P28.

Spa-Francorchamps is next — three weeks to prepare, and plenty of motivation to do so.

What a weekend at the Lausitzring. Proton Competition delivered one of the most memorable results of the season — and we're just getting started. Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland

🇿🇦 Keagan Masters made history as the first South African ever to win a race in the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland — and then went and won the second race too. Back-to-back victories, in sweltering heat, under intense pressure. That's a champion's mentality. After five of eight race weekends, he's just one point off the championship lead. 👀

🇫🇮 Marcus Amand crossed the line in P2 in Race 1 — giving Proton Competition a stunning 1-2 finish. A moment to remember.

🇸🇪 Daniel Ros delivered his best result of the season in Race 2, charging from P9 on the grid all the way to P4. Composed, clinical, impressive.

🇭🇰 Dylan Yip secured P3 in the rookie standings in Race 1 and added further valuable rookie points in Race 2. The development continues.

For Gustav Bergström, it was a tough weekend with two early retirements — we'll bounce back together.
