Urdvha Mukha Svanasana - Upward Facing Dog

Push up, open you heart, pull your shoulders back. Definitely in love with this pose, even if it's now quite easy.

Always keep your legs|buttocks engaged and lift your hip up! Otherwise you can always do a Cobra (no matter what your teacher says 😉)

Do you like to close your Eyes in this pose aswell to enjoy it?

Sukhasana - Easy pose 🧘‍♂

Definitely not one of my favorite Asanas. Looking so easy, but with close hips and | or tight hamstrings this can be quite challenging. So of course you can always sit up on to a block to make it more comfortable. 😊

Do you like this Asana? Could you imagine to sit like this for 30 minutes? (For now I can't, not even on the beach)
