We all had a ball at .crossfit Summer Social last night 🏊 🍻 ☀️ We spent the evening playing games in the pool followed by hanging out with all our fave people, not in gym wear for a change! We are so grateful for the community we have at Fauna, but it’s not by chance, it’s by choice. If you are wanting greater support in having a healthier lifestyle, but you want loads of fun along the way - come join our crew 🙌

Kids summer classes are well underway here at CrossFit Fauna, every Thursday of the summer holidays. Drop us a DM if you want your kids entertained the right way in the holidays - no screens, just good old fashioned exercise and FUN!

🔥 This weekend Fauna took part in .fitness.series on the Farm 💪🏼 This was the first time some members had ever competed and my gosh they did themselves proud 🥹 Tackling objects they had never seen before and working together as a team, bringing that community spirit into the world and achieving greatness. Hoping this is the catalyst for others to be brave and start taking their awesomeness from inside the gym, outside, for the world to see 🤩 A brilliant event run by FXD would highly recommend and we will be back 🙌

10k Hike over the Malverns this morning - what a great way to start a Sunday, with like minded people putting their health and fitness first. At Fauna we love to get outdoors together ⛰️ Another example of people coming for the exercise but staying for the community. If you want so much more than ‘just a gym’, drop us a DM and come join the family 💚

Tonight the 6pm class was turned into a Dance Class 💃🏼 because that’s that kind of thing we do here at Fauna. We traded barbells for ball changes and step ups for salsa.
