A lot of learning through the years I am using this platform comes from . After quite a while as a follower, I felt I have to read the bible. Book's content of a joint-by-joint analysis of the movement, with many useful screening techniques and a big variety of exercises to mobilize and activate restricted areas. This read helped me realise that Squat is more of an assessment tool than a compound exercise within my programs.
