Come join us every day for mysore practice. The best and safest way to learn a traditional yoga method. Eastern schedule: Friday holiday no classes. Sunday morning mysore 10 am. Monday holiday only mysore at 10 am. Happy holidays to everyone and see you on the mat! ….

My heart is full when I see so many motivated practitioners on a Sunday morning.

From the 14th to the 20th January we will have Karoline holding and teaching at Casa Ashtanga while I’m away some days. Great opportunity to enjoy this amazing teacher and get inspired by her.

Schedule! There will not be classes on the 24th and 25th December and on the 31st and 1st of January. From the 14th to the 24th of January there will be a winter break. 🙏
