We’ve adjusted our schedule to give you more training options and a better class flow throughout the week 💪
Here’s what’s changing:
MONDAY (With Manuel)
17:30–18:30 – Kettlebell Intermediate
18:30–19:30 – Kettlebell Beginner
19:30–20:30 – Hybrid Training
WEDNESDAY (With Ernest)
17:30–18:30 – Kettlebell Intermediate
18:30–19:30 – Let’s Get Functional Strength
19:30–20:30 – Hybrid Training

If you usually train on Mondays or Wednesdays, please make sure to check the updated class times in Eversports 👀

Monday nights are one of the best places in Pasing to build strength with kettlebells — and that's because Manuel is the one leading the room.
We're grateful to have him on our team. Manuel is passionate about strength training, hybrid sports, and — more than anything — sharing what he knows with the people in front of him.

Last weekend's 5150 Olympic Distance Triathlon in Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay — and one of our online coaching athletes delivered.
With 700+ athletes on the start line and a top 10 age group finish, we're very proud of you and happy to see your hard work and discipline paying off.
This was the test race. The main event is IRONMAN 70.3 Durban, 07.06.2026 — six weeks out.
The data and race experience from Port Elizabeth now feeds directly into the final phase of preparation.
Our Annual Training Plans for competitive Triathletes and Hybrid athletes are structured, evidence-based, and designed around your race calendar.
Our online coaching program means location is no barrier. This athlete trains in South Africa; the plan is built in Munich by .c.merk - our in house Sports Scientist.

Saturday mornings, 10:15. Jonas runs the Hybrid class.
Hybrid is exactly that: a combination of strength work, conditioning, and functional movement. Build muscular endurance, push your aerobic capacity, sharpen your grip. Every Hybrid session is a challenging full-body workout.
There's a place for everyone — whether you're a beginner or an experienced hybrid athlete. Jonas scales the work, not the intent.
