First home game day of the season in the books, and what a day to be a Kangaroo! Our women’s team took to the field at Olympiapark this past Saturday (May 23) to face off against the Southern Giants, and they absolutely crushed it! 🔥

A massive performance across all four quarters saw the girls lock in a dominant win:

While the boys were taking care of business on the footy field, the girls had a massive winning weekend of their own! We headed to Iphofen and Würzburg for the ultimate celebration: Maddi’s engagement! 💍🎉

On April 23 we kicked off this season’s Bayern League, a series of intramural games in which Roo runs against Roo. This year the Tegernsee Tigers took on the Wiesn Vipers and after a series of standout goals - including Gemma’s first - the Vipers took the victory. Here’s to this season’s clash of clans - and Vipers, watch out for the Tigers’ return on Thursday, may 28!

The sun is out and our calendar is officially packed. We’re sticking to our weekly rhythm with outdoor training every Tuesday and Thursday at Hirschgarten, followed by a stop by the beer garden on Thursday nights. 🍻

Aside from the weekly grind, don’t miss the big ones: the men’s team travels to Dresden and we host a home game & after party for both the men’s and women’s teams! We’re also fitting in a hiking day, a general meeting and a round of lasertag!
