May we be at peace. * You can make a little ritual to say this with your family in the mornings to start your day or in the evenings before bed or whenever the mood strikes! * You can light a candle or perhaps make a little focal point with special stones or treasures. * You can also write it out - older kids can write their own and younger kids could color or decorate the page.  During this 10x course, we will strengthen our bodies through Yoga Asanas and calm our minds with relaxation and breathing techniques. Each class ends with a cup of warm herbal tea.

