Happy Saturday. 🫶🏻

This week I am staying away from gym since I injured my neck. It‘s getting much better, so tomorrow will be the day I assume (finally). 🥳

Just as a suggestion (so you don’t make the same mistake): do not ever lengthen your neck/spine while doing hip thrust, chin is always tucked in. I am generally extremely careful but just one rep ruined my neck. Be careful out there. 🫶🏻

P.S.: I feel the urge to mention, none of my photos are edited. I would never try to trick people by editing my appearance. I want everyone to see me as I actually look. 💕

To be honest before starting our partnership I heard about 100s of times but never had a chance to try something. When it comes to nutrition and sports gear I am always very picky and hard to please. 🫠

Glute day went down 🫠🤍 Also guys I already lost quite a hit by tracking my calories with 🥹 so happy with this new way of training/eating 💕

I am tracking my weight/fat loss with ‘s scale btw.

My Glute Day:
- Hip Thrust: 4 sets -> 1st set 10 reps, 2-3-4 6 to 8 reps if you can manage 8 through all up the weight
18.08.2024: 50 kg 10 reps 80 kg 8 reps for 3 sets
- Single Leg RDLs: 4 sets -> 1st set 10 reps, 2-3-4 6 to 8 reps if you can manage 8 through all up the weight
18.08.2024 1st set 14 kg 10 reps, rest 16 kg for 8 reps
- Glute Extension: 4 sets -> 1st set 10 reps, 2-3-4 6 to 8 reps if you can manage 8 through all up the weight
18.08.2024 all sets with 10 kg and 2-3-4 8 reps
- Kable Kick-backs: 3 sets max reps
18.08.2024 3.75 by the entrance for 10 reps as warm up, 1. Set: 6.25 kg for 15 reps, 2. Set: 8.75 kg for 10 reps, 3. Set: 11.25 kg for 8 reps
