AERIAL BEGINNER DAY 🪽

Endlich wieder da: Unser Beginner Workshop für Erwachsene ohne Vorkenntnisse. Tauche gemeinsam mit uns in die Welt von Aerial Hoop & Aerial Silks ein und entdecke die besondere Kombination aus Kraft, Eleganz, Leichtigkeit und Spaß an Bewegung.

In entspannter Atmosphäre lernst du erste Tricks, Figuren & Flows in der Luft, probierst beide Geräte aus und kannst dich mit den Anderen austauschen, neue Leute kennenlernen und gemeinsam etwas Neues wagen.

Zum Abschluss erwartet dich eine offene Aerial Try-Out Session: Teste weitere Geräte wie Aerial Sling, Trapez oder Loops und finde heraus, was am besten zu dir passt. ✨

OPEN LEVEL = beginner friendly + all levels welcome (except the Sunday straps class = at least 1 year of any aerial experience required)

Most of our coaches speak German and all of them are able to switch the classes language to English. Just let them know what you need.
