When summer gives way to Indian summer and fall, wind and storms arise. In our bodies the Vata dosha tends to get unbalanced, exacerbating our "monkey minds" and leaving us feeling frazzled, restless, anxious and sleep deprived. - Join this class to practice poses and breathing and relaxation techniques to create strong roots and grounding while remaining flexible so you can be with the winds of change and occasional storms. Only a tree as well as a human being that is firmly grounded and rooted, yet flexible enough to bend in the wind, comes out on the other side still standing intact.
