A great day for rugby in Bayern, as the U14 SG Bavarians (players from clubs across Bayen) came together in Lauf to play the U14s from Sachsen. The Bavarians scored 19 unanswered tries… well done to all the players, next up is Heidelberg in April!

Bayern Training!
yesterday 37 U14 players turned up for the u14 Bayern selection training at ESV Freimann! It was a great day of rugby and all the players from across the clubs were excellent.

We are delighted that 8 of our players made the initial 22 squad, with another making the extended squad!

Well done all!

A great start to the season, with U14, U12 and U10s top of the league, while u8 in second place.

U16 and u18s playing in the Bundesliga, with the U16s winning both Bundesliga games. Youth rugby at Freimann Dragons is going strong. Bayern too, the SGs in the different age groups are working well together.

It’s great to see clubs in Bayern working together to promote youth rugby!
